MOBILE BANKING

As of June 3, 2022, we have a NEW Mobile App! Please delete our previous app from your mobile device, search for “Niagara Regional FCU” within your app store, and re-download our new app.

Once you have signed up for our Online Banking service you can also take advantage of our Mobile Banking service. Mobile Banking will allow you to perform transactions right from your smartphone so you can manage your account from anywhere with a cellular or internet connection! Banking with this service is convenient, easy, secure, and most importantly free. Use one of the buttons below to start your download.


Logging Into the NEW Mobile App

Your online banking credentials will change with our system as of June 3, 2022.

  • Make sure you have our NEW mobile app on your phone. (Do not try to log into online banking through our website via a browser on your phone. This will not work. Use app instead.)

  • YOUR USERNAME: Your Member Number

  • YOUR PASSWORD: JuneXXXX (X=last 4 digits of your SSN)

  • Select Security Image and set Security Questions PLEASE NOTE: The “Graphic word” is a word that YOU CHOOSE. It is an added security feature and can be any word you like.

  • Reset your password

  • Log in and enjoy your new online banking!



Logging In

Due to our system conversion in June of 2022, you will need to log into online banking via a desktop/laptop computer BEFORE being able to access your accounts via our mobile app.

Once you do so, you will be able to log into the mobile app with your username (Member Number) and password.



DEPOSITING A CHECK VIA OUR MOBILE APP

NRFCU offers the easy option to deposit checks through your mobile device, right at home! Here are some tips to avoid issues when depositing your check through our mobile app:

  • Taking pictures on wood or busy backgrounds causes a lot of them to not be able to be read. Take the picture on a solid, dark contrasting background.

  • Make sure that all 4 corners are visible in the photo for the front and back of the check.

  • Take photos on a flat, plain, dark contrasting background. Photos should not be taken in laps or on hands and the check should be smooth as possible.

  • Photos should always be taken with a clean camera with good overhead lighting with no shadows and the camera should not be zoomed in.

  • You must endorse the check first

  • Write in the endorsement section “For remote deposit at NRFCU + your member number”
