To access ACUTE, dial 694-7344
Follow the prompts to access your account information, perform account transfers, make withdrawals, all from the comfort of your home. ACUTE is never closed!
To start, you will need to know your four-digit account number and the last four digits of your social security number as your initial password. After that you are able to create your own password, using whatever number choose (up to seven digits).
Your credit union strongly recommends that you change your password as soon as possible, since your social security number is not really a secure number!
- Press 0 at any time to speak to one of our office representatives.
- If you call when we are closed and press "0", ACUTE will tell you we are closed and what our office hours are.
- If you get a busy signal, we are downloading member iformation to or from ACUTE. This only takes a couple of minutes, so call back!
When you first call press 1 then:
- 0 for an office representative
- 1 for account information
- 2 for transfers and withdrawals
- 3 for rate information
- 8 to change your password
- 9 to exit the system
